Trip Updates

This system provides departure and check-in information five to seven days prior to the start date of every trip.  The information and instructions available on this system is identical to the email that will be sent to you approximately 10 days prior to the start date of the trip you've registered for.  Note that you will need to enter the traveler's last name and SWAT ID number to access this information.  Your SWAT ID number is listed in the confirmation email that was sent to you after booking your trip or on the invoice that was mailed to you.

In order to ensure delivery of the important informational emails that we send before, during, and after a trip or event, please add "@swatup.com" to your Safe Senders List.  This avoids the possibility of your email service provider automatically sending our messages to the SPAM or Junk Mail folders of your inbox.  For reasons out of our control, this tends to occur much more frequently with AT&T and Yahoo! email subscribers than with other services.

You may also always check the News section of our website to view the most recent email that was sent to travelers and/or parents.  As you may expect, traveler-specific information will not be displayed in the messages posted in the on our website.  To request a copy of any emails sent to you, or if you need additional assistance, please email our Customer Service team at info@swatup.com or call our office at (866) 714-7160.
